Talk Title: The Evolution of Purpose: Connecting, Securing & Stewarding A Life of Purpose

Earlene Camielle has evolved many times throughout her life’s journey. Overcoming abandonment, neglect, sexual abuse and domestic abuse, and then turning these painful experiences into passion and purpose, she credits her faith in God for this success along with discovering her true identity and the resilient spirit that she carries.

Earlene says the best years of her life started when purpose was revealed & she fully aligned herself with it and she’s been creating a lifestyle of purpose ever since. This knowledge & experience along with the hard lessons learned qualifies her to feed, inspire & activate the women that will be present at Women Thrive Summit 2023. The evolution  of her purpose work through Journey TV, a global talk show (on TV & online) that started off as a blog and now reaches every household in The Bahamas, every country in the Caribbean & is also aired in the tri-state area of the USA, stands as a strong testament of my dedication to create environments that inspire & impact women around the world. This platform, along with my work in the community (JourneyTV has helped 40 plus non-profits locally) and my expertise in media (Producer & Casting Director) equips me well to engage, empower & teach every woman that will be in the room.
